Food Village - Food fit for a King!
Christopher Trotter is a food writer, consultant and chef who has lived and worked in Fife for over twenty years. Christopher developed the quality and standard at the Big Tent's 'Food Village', creating a bench mark for festivals across the UK. This year will see him bringing his experience, knowledge and the best of fresh, local produce to the Bruce Festival. There will be something for everyone so come along and taste some of the delights Fife has to offer. Bruce Festival 2011 is proud to offer you food fit for a king!
Iain R Spink's Original Smokies from Arbroath
Iain adds a remarkable dimension to any food village with his delicious smokies. Smoked in the traditional manner as they have been for centuries in Arbroath, and the smoke in the air adds an atmosphere to any festive event.
