Only a Solicitor Estate Agents can advertise your home with ESPC. For more information please speak to your local solicitor or visit our showroom at 15 New Row, Dunfermline, email help@espc.com or call 01383 605000.
ESPC members are proud to be serving the Dunfermline and West Fife marketplace and we are delighted to be able to support the Bruce Festival, one of the area’s most successful and popular events.
By working with Dunfermline Delivers and its other partners, we aim to help develop the national profile of the event and confirm Dunfermline as the modern day home of Robert the Bruce, one of Scotland’s greatest heroes.

The Alf Stewart Property Foundation
The Alfred Stewart Property Foundation Ltd is part of the Alfred Stewart Trust established by the late Dunfermline businessman, Alfred Stewart, to support community projects that will benefit the people of Dunfermline and West Fife.
The sponsorship of the Bruce Festival by the Foundation is the first major project it has backed since charitable status was granted to the Alfred Stewart Trust in November 2010.
Speaking on behalf of the Property Foundation, Managing Director and Trustee, Gifford Bruce said, “Before his death Alf Stewart had been a supporter of the Bruce Festival and helped it get off the ground when it first started.”
“We’re delighted that through the Alfred Stewart Property Foundation we can continue supporting an event which has become one of Dunfermline’s annual highlights and is enjoyed by people right across the local community.”

Event Scotland
EventScotland is the national events agency set up by the Scottish Government in 2003 with the brief to position Scotland as a destination with a portfolio of world class events.
