Smoked Ham & Red Lentil Soup
Served with a crusty bread roll

Melon & Winter Berries
Fresh melon served with winter berries soaked in a cassis
liqueur and topped with a blackcurrant sorbet

Prawn & Smoked Salmon Platter
Bed of crisp salad topped with king prawns and smoked
salmon and finished with a smoked paprika
and Marie Rose sauce

Roast turkey with chipolatas scrolls and stuffing

Beef in a Diane Sauce
Roasted sirloin of beef in a creamy French mustard, brandy,
mushroomand onion sauce

Cod in a Watercress Sauce
Cod wrapped in parma ham served with a white wine and
watercress sauce

Mushroom Wellington
Woodland mushrooms sautéed with onions, brie, cranberries
and rocket in a creamy sauce encased with puff pastry

Sticky Toffee Pudding
Homemade sticky toffee pudding served with butterscotch
sauce and luxury vanilla ice cream

Chocolate Praline Torte
Served with a raspberry coulis and brandy cream

Reservation Conditions
Deposits are required within 7 days for making reservation. We regret any reservations not confirmed within 7 days will be automatically withdrawn. Deposits are non -refundable and non-transferable. Christmas Party Nights and Hogmanay Dinner Dance must be paid in full by 15th December with the full food order given for the whole party. In the event of a cancellation or no show after the full amount has been paid and order given we regret no monies will be refunded.
Numbers are restricted and extra guests will not be admitted.
